1. Welcome to the Deeplodoc Platform
Welcome to Deeplodoc, an automated invoice processing service that helps you manage invoices from your Gmail account and save them to Google Drive. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our service.

2. Service Description
Deeplodoc allows users to connect their Gmail and Google Drive accounts to automatically process invoices from Gmail and save the processed invoices to Google Drive. When you subscribe to our service, you authorize us to access your Gmail and Google Drive accounts for these specific purposes through Google OAuth.
3. Subscriptions and Refunds
Our service operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial payment. To request a refund, please contact us at support@deeplodoc.io.
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the payment date to be eligible for a full refund.

We collect the following personal information from users:

- Payment information

5. Cookies and Non-Personal Data

Deeplodoc does not use any user data, including data obtained through Google Workspace APIs, to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Your data is used solely for providing and improving the Deeplodoc services as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
8. Updates to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
